Wristbands will begin shipping approximately four weeks prior to the festival. Orders are shipped out in batches, so don’t stress if your friend received theirs and you haven’t! You’ll receive an email confirmation once your wristband is shipped out.
If you purchase your ticket within 7 days of the festival, don't receive your wristband OR you live outside of the US, you will pick up your wristbands at Will Call located at the Box Office. Please have your Front Gate Tickets order confirmation and government-issued ID ready.
The Innings Box Office is located in Southeast corner of Mill Avenue & E Rio Salado Parkway.
Box Office Hours of Operation:
- Friday 2/24: 12PM-7PM
- Saturday 2/25: 11AM-10PM
- Sunday 2/26: 11AM-9:30PM
